In 2021, Kraft launched a pant-based variation of their famous Kraft Macaroni & Cheese Dinner in Australia. after seeing their package design, I felt as though Kraft missed an opportunity to appeal to the demographic that would be interested in consuming this new product.

Madai Cafe was my first brand concept. Inspired by the growing popularity of Asian street foods and drinks in the U.S., like taiyaki and boba from TAIYAKI NYC, Kung Fu Tea, and ShareTea, I wanted to create a restaurant concept that specializes in both.
